Over 2,600 years of faith and belief, the origin of Buddhism begun with the Prince who had everything he wishes but sought to find ways to end his suffering. Prince Siddhartha was the son of King Sutthodhana and Queen Sirimahamaya, He was raised by Pachabadi Kotami since he was young. He was married to Princess Yasothara and had a son named Prince Rahul. The prince who had everything and to be the next heir of the apparent chose to pursue religious ways rather than becoming the king, which finally made him become the Founder of Buddhism and named “The Buddha”.
