Rising Sun I: Takeshi Onitsuka (Mario Maurer) is the youngest son from an influential family in Chibu, Japan. He likes to travel and enjoy the fast-paced life. He refused to be the heir of his family's business. But, it is not a choice that he can easily discard when his patch crosses with a mafia gang who has been bullying him since young. He realized, to survive, he has to be tougher and be as cold-blooded as his nemesis. Until a young and pretty girl entered his life and changes his heart forever. Praewdao or Seiko (Natapohn Tameeruks) is a Thai student who got a master's degree scholarship in economics at the same university where Takeshi is enrolled. Takeshi has been following her quietly. He can't express his feelings towards Seiko because he was engaged to marry Aiko (Napapa Tantrakul), daughter of his father's best friend, Riki (Dom Hetrakul), who also comes from another powerful Japanese family. Takeshi has never loved Aiko because he finds her rough and has a rude behavior. How will he overcome his family's wishes to marry the girl of his choice?


Rising Sun II: Ryu Onitsuka (Nadech Kugimiya) is a man who is indifferent to love. His uncle has arranged for him to marry Mayumi (Urassaya Sperbund).
