Bangkok, 27 June, 2019 – BEC World PLC is happy to announce the renewal of its international syndication agreement with JKN Global Media PLC for its Thai dramas in 9 markets in Asia Pacific as well as across the whole of Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.  The new deal, effective immediately, covers the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Korea, Japan, the Middle East, Europe, Canada and Latin America.

JKN Global Media has been distributing BEC World’s dramas since June 2018 and has successfully licensed over 470 hours of Thai dramas to GMA, Philippines and 425 hours to DimSum in Malaysia.  Last year, JKN Global brought 70 titles to MIPCOM ‘18, ATF ‘18 and FILMART ‘19 and this year, they will bring additional 40 new titles to MIPCOM 2019.
