Chinnapat is the owner of the biggest rubber plantation in Surat Thani, in the south of Thailand. He has been accused of raping and killing his friend, Sirikanya. From her death note, she was pregnant after being raped, and since she felt so humiliated, she committed suicide. Without any proof, Chinnapat is still a freeman but many people believe that he did so. At another side of the world, Chanika spends her life partying and studying at an American university. Since she is beautiful and is always a center of attention, her roommate, Sansanee can’t help feeling jealous of Chanika because she also has eyes for Pathanin, Chanika’s boyfriend. Chanika has to drop out of school and return to Thailand because her father has developed a serious illness due to the family’s bankruptcy. She asks her boyfriend to help her financially, but he couldn’t because he has invested all his money in his friend’s company. Chanika is upset and they have a big fight. Since she needs a lot of money for her father’s hospitalization, Sansanee recommends her to work for her relative in Surat Thani. When Chinnapat learns that Chanika has debt to be paid, he offers to pay off her debt, on one condition that she has to marry him. Not only because he starts to like her, but he thinks that this sham marriage will stop his mother from matching him up with another woman. Knowing that he is accused as a rapist and a killer, will Chanika accept Chinnapat’s offer?
